1.- For only 150 €/year per property we will send you the enquiries of information and/or rental enquiries and you yourself are able to control via our webiste the availability of the requested dates. If you are working already with an agency of property rental, we can also forward the enquiries to the agency.
2.- For an amount to be paid to us, we are in charge for the advertisement and reservations of your property, we regularly check the webiste and keep in contact with our clients. |

1.- Advertisement in the internet and in the most important search engines like google, msn, yahoo, etc., advertisement in local comercials and shops all over the island and in touristic magazines.
2.- Your property will be published in our website with photos, calendar of availability, description of your property, etc. You will have direct access to the web and are able to check prices, availability, etc. |
| IRentMyVilla.com will charge the following costs |
Advert of your property in our web catalogue (includes maintenance and regular updates of the website and its calendar of availability, description of your property in Spanish and Catalan, photographs are scanned, there is place for 16 photos each property): 100 €.
Photo shots of your property for our web catalouge (the owner has the right to get a CD-Rom of the photos taken of the property): 70 €.
Every additional photo to be added: 3 €/photo.
Links to be added for other websites (personal links or agencies/companies) : 18 €/year.
Big advert on the Intro page: 300 €/year.
